Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us at contato@bromancebrasil.com.br with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos showing the issue.
Once approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.
If you would like a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.
Important Information
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their local authorities.
If a package is refused or abandoned by the recipient, any return shipping fees and customs charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
